About Temeku Hills

The Temeku Hills Master Association is an amazing gateway community to the Temecula Valley Wine Country. Beautifully built around the Temeku Hills Golf Course, the 1,340 single-family home development offers resort-style living to homeowners and community residents.

The name Temecula comes from the Luiseño Indian word "Temecunga." Over the years, the meaning of "Temecula" has been translated into several different versions of this interpretation, including the most popular, which is "where the sun breaks through the mist."

Established in 1997, the Temeku Hills Master Association was developed by the McMillin Companies, and completed in 2003. The development quickly became a flourishing community with wonderful homeowners, facilities, and excellent staff.
